Over the next 10 years, the number of Chinese people moving to Tasmania will increase meaning more support for non-English native speaking people.
Inspired by the blade runner films, I wanted to challenge myself and see if I could create a convincing-looking image.
Apart from the buildings in the background, rendered in Dimensions, everything else is Photoshop. It took around 8 hours and over 60 layers and masks to create this image.

Step 1: Remove harsh shadows.
Step 2: Mask out the sky, replace with an image of stars
Step 3: A combination of masks and layer styles to create a seance of night
Step 4: Import 3D assets, manipulating the perspective to match the photograph
Step 5: Adding lights and holographic signs
Step 6: Adding fog elements
